COVID-19 – Delivery and Returns Policy
Due to these difficult times, deliveries are taking a little longer and can take up to 1 week. We are using both Royal Mail and a courier service to get these items to you as quickly as possible. Should the delivery be urgent, please telephone +44 (0) 7956402833 or email we can arrange a quicker delivery where possible.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within 28 days of receipt; it must be unused and in a re-saleable condition. You must pay for the return postage costs and ensure a tracking number for items above £50.00, from the Post Office in order to obtain a refund. Please let us know by telephone that you are returning an item, and then confirm this either by email or post. We will confirm your refund by email or telephone. No refunds available for any special offer items however we can issue you with a credit note if an item is returned. No returns for any fabric that has been cut to order.
Paying by Cheque
We normally expect payment by credit or debit card, but you may also pay by cheque. In this case your goods will not be sent out until the cheque has cleared. Please make it payable to Camilla Costello and send it to:
